Otis becomes Cowman and, together with his trusty sidekick Ratboy, they fight to protect their animal friends. The evil Gentleman Farmer has stolen the priceless Jurassic Corn Kernel. Otis learns to hypnotize ther other animals, but it backfires on him. Freddy might have given into temptation and eaten Peck.
