""This collection of personal narratives was put together during the early part of the pandemic and has finally come to fruition with what we hope is the tail end of lockdowns, quarantines, and isolation. Food has become a pandemic preoccupation. From trying out new recipes to discussion [sic] empty shelves in the grocery aisles, the last two years have certainly altered the way we operate in our kitchens.
